Hello everyone! It is Ian Robb, and today, I will be writing about my early thoughts on Journey Together decks. This format is going to have a few major differences with rotation happening along with the release of Journey Together. The first is that every deck is less consistent. Stage 2 decks are now more inconsistent with them no longer having access to Forest Seal Stone, Rotom V, and, in particular, Dragapult ex lost Lance. Along with this, the loss of Pokestop and Radiant Greninja has made trying to play a tera-type in your deck appealing, as Fan Rotom Noctowl is by far the best way to increase consistency. It is still early on in the format, but there are starting to be multiple decks that seem to be more popular in City Leagues and what I am predicting to be popular in Atlanta, Raging Bolt ex, Tera Box, and Dragapult.
